Update Domain Settings

Turn auto-renew, registrar lock and WHOIS privacy on or off for one domain. Sparse: send only the settings you want to change. Not every TLD supports every setting - GET /v1/domain/{domain} reports which ones this domain's TLD allows. Responds 200 with no body.
