Pull domains you already hold at OpenSRS into this storefront, so they showup in /v1/domains and can be managed through this API. Asynchronous: the call queues the work and returns a batch ID immediately. Duplicates in the list are collapsed. Importing a domain that is already in the storefront is a no-op for that domain rather than an error.
